Wedding Postponement: If your wedding date changes, we are happy to coordinate with you to reschedule your bouquet preservation. Please notify us of any updates as early as possible to help prevent scheduling issues.
Artistic Discretion Disclaimer: By engaging with my services or purchasing my products, you acknowledge and accept the artistic interpretations and outcomes may vary from initial concepts or reference images. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued solely based on artistic differences.
Color Changes: The colors and appearance of your original flowers may change during the preservation process. Some colors may shift and the shape of the flowers may alter. For example, white flowers may develop an antique or ivory tone, while red flowers may become darker. Because these changes depend on the age, condition, and variety of each flower, we cannot guarantee how a flower’s color will transform during preservation.
Condition of Flowers on Arrival: Pressing Petals LLC reserves the right to decline preserving any flowers that arrive in damaged or wilted conditions if our experts determine they cannot be successfully preserved. In such cases, we are not obligated to return these flowers. However, upon request, we can source similar replacement flowers at an additional cost to replicate your original bouquet as closely as possible.
Damage or Loss of Flowers: While we handle and preserve your flowers with the utmost care, Pressing Petals LLC cannot be held liable for any damage or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, power outages, fire, flooding, equipment malfunctions, or other acts of nature.
Leftover Flowers: Any flowers that cannot be used will not be returned. Only the highest quality flowers will be selected for preservation, and any extras that do not meet our standards will be discarded.
Natural Fading: Although your frame features glass with 99% UV protection, this does not guarantee that the flowers will not fade. It is important to follow the care instructions provided when you receive your frame to help minimize fading. As these are natural products, some color fading over time is inevitable, and we assume no liability for this natural process.
Shipping: Every effort is made to package your piece securely for shipment; however, Pressing Petals LLC cannot be held liable for any damage incurred during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please promptly photograph and retain all package contents, then contact the shipping carrier to initiate an insurance claim. We will collaborate with you to salvage and restore as many flowers as possible, including reframing the piece if feasible. Should any flowers be irreparably damaged, we are not obligated to replace them but may assist in recreating the artwork at our discretion. Any funds received from the insurance claim may be applied toward repair costs.
Timeline: Because each piece is custom-made, the preservation, design, and framing process requires significant time and attention to detail. Please allow a minimum of 3 to 6 months for your bouquet to be completed before it is ready for pickup or shipment.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability to you is strictly limited to the total amount you have paid for our services. By engaging with Pressing Petals LLC, you agree to release us from any responsibility or claims exceeding this value.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and shall be interpreted in accordance with those laws, without regard to any principles relating to conflicts of law.
