Pressing Petals is committed to making our physical store accessible to everyone including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests, following accessibility best practices and applicable standards.

  • Order and payment information (such as items purchased, order details, and payment status). Note:payment card details are typically processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us in full. 

  • Custom order details (such as personalization requests, message content, color preferences, design specifications, and any photos or files you choose to provide).

  • In-store pickup details (such as the name of the person picking up an order, pickup confirmation communications, and, where applicable, details needed to verify pickup).

  • Communications (such as messages sent to us by email, contact form, text, social media, or in person, and records of our responses).

  • Website usage information (such as pages visited, approximate location, device information, and IP address) if you use our website.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • To process transactions and fulfill orders (including custom orders, in-store pickup coordination, delivery/shipping when offered, and customer support).

  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, or security incidents.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provides us personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
